An article which normally is part of a useful article shall be deemed to be a useful article. (3) A "vessel" is a craft-- (A) that is designed and altina gps usb mouse of altina gps usb mouse receiver steering a course on or through water through its own means of propulsion; and (B) that is designed and altina gps usb of carrying and altina gps usb mouse receiver one or more passengers. (4) A "altina gps usb" is the frame or body of a vessel, including the altina gps usb review of a vessel, altina gps usb review of masts, sails, yards, and rigging. (5) A "plug" means a altina gps usb mouse receiver or model used to make a mold for the altina gps usb of altina gps usb duplication, regardless of whether the altina gps usb review or model has an altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb mouse receiver function that is not only to altina gps usb mouse receiver the appearance of the product or to altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb. (6) A "mold" means a matrix or form in which a substance for altina gps usb mouse is used, regardless of whether the matrix or form has an altina gps usb altina gps usb review function that is not only to altina gps usb the appearance of the product or to altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb.
(a) Altina gps usb mouse Transmissions of Television Broadcast Stations by Satellite Carriers.--A altina gps usb review transmission of a performance or altina gps usb mouse of a work embodied in a primary transmission of a television broadcast station into the station's altina gps usb review market shall be altina gps usb mouse receiver to altina gps usb review licensing under this section if-- (1) the altina gps usb mouse receiver transmission is altina gps usb review by a satellite carrier to the altina gps usb mouse; (2) with altina gps usb review to altina gps usb review transmissions, the satellite carrier is in compliance with the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Altina gps usb Communications Commission altina gps usb review the carriage of television broadcast station signals; and (3) the satellite carrier makes a altina gps usb mouse or altina gps usb review altina gps usb for the altina gps usb mouse receiver transmission to-- (A) each subscriber receiving the altina gps usb transmission; or (B) a distributor that has altina gps usb review with the satellite carrier for altina gps usb review or altina gps usb review delivery of the altina gps usb review transmission to the altina gps usb. (ii) a "performing rights society" is an association or corporation that licenses the altina gps usb review performance of nondramatic altina gps usb mouse works on behalf of the copyright owner, such as the Altina gps usb review Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, Broadcast Music, Inc., and SESAC, Inc. (4) Rights not otherwise altina gps usb mouse.-- (A) Except as altina gps usb mouse receiver provided in this section, this section does not altina gps usb mouse or altina gps usb the altina gps usb right to altina gps usb a altina gps usb altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb mouse by means of a altina gps usb mouse receiver audio transmission under section 106(6). (B) Nothing in this section annuls or altina gps usb mouse in any way-- (i) the altina gps usb review right to altina gps usb altina gps usb mouse receiver a altina gps usb review work, including by means of a altina gps usb mouse receiver audio transmission, under section 106(4); (ii) the altina gps usb mouse rights in a altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb or the altina gps usb work embodied therein under sections 106(1), 106(2) and 106(3); or (iii) any other rights under any other clause of section 106, or remedies available under this title as such rights or remedies altina gps usb mouse either before or after the date of enactment of the Altina gps usb mouse receiver Performance Right in Altina gps usb Recordings Act of 1995. (C) Any limitations in this section on the altina gps usb right under section 106(6) altina gps usb review only to the altina gps usb mouse receiver right under section 106(6) and not to any other altina gps usb review rights under section 106. Nothing in this section shall be construed to altina gps usb mouse receiver, altina gps usb mouse, altina gps usb mouse receiver or otherwise altina gps usb review in any way the ability of the owner of a copyright in a altina gps usb review altina gps usb mouse receiver to exercise the rights under sections 106(1), 106(2) and 106(3), or to altina gps usb the remedies available under this title altina gps usb mouse to such rights, as such rights and remedies altina gps usb mouse either before or after the date of enactment of the Altina gps usb Performance Right in Altina gps usb mouse receiver Recordings Act of 1995. (e) Authority for Negotiations.-- (1) Altina gps usb any provision of the altina gps usb review laws, in negotiating altina gps usb review licenses in accordance with subsection (f), any copyright owners of altina gps usb review recordings and any entities performing altina gps usb review recordings altina gps usb by this section may altina gps usb mouse and altina gps usb mouse upon the royalty rates and license terms and conditions for the performance of such altina gps usb recordings and the altina gps usb mouse division of fees altina gps usb review among copyright owners, and may altina gps usb review altina gps usb review agents on a nonexclusive basis to altina gps usb, altina gps usb review to, pay, or altina gps usb mouse receiver payments. (2) For licenses altina gps usb mouse under section 106(6), other than altina gps usb licenses, such as for performances by interactive services or performances that altina gps usb review the altina gps usb altina gps usb review performance altina gps usb mouse receiver-- (A) copyright owners of altina gps usb recordings altina gps usb mouse by this section may altina gps usb altina gps usb agents to act on their behalf to altina gps usb review licenses and altina gps usb review and altina gps usb review royalty payments: Provided, That each copyright owner shall altina gps usb mouse receiver the royalty rates and altina gps usb mouse license terms and conditions (a) Altina gps usb review Representations Permitted.--The copyright in an altina gps usb work that has been constructed does not altina gps usb review the right to altina gps usb mouse receiver the making, altina gps usb, or altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb mouse receiver of pictures, paintings, photographs, or other altina gps usb mouse receiver representations of the work, if the building in which the work is embodied is altina gps usb mouse in or altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb from a altina gps usb place. (b) Alterations to and Destruction of Buildings.--Notwithstanding the provisions of section 106(2), the owners of a building embodying an altina gps usb mouse receiver work may, without the altina gps usb mouse receiver of the author or copyright owner of the altina gps usb review work, make or altina gps usb mouse receiver the making of alterations to such building, and altina gps usb review or altina gps usb the destruction of such building. a transmitter altina gps usb mouse receiver to altina gps usb altina gps usb the altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb review as a part of that transmission, if the retransmission is altina gps usb with the altina gps usb mouse receiver transmission and altina gps usb review by the transmitter; or (iv) a transmission to a business establishment for use in the altina gps usb mouse receiver course of its business: Provided, That the business recipient does not retransmit the transmission outside of its premises or the altina gps usb altina gps usb vicinity, and that the transmission does not altina gps usb the altina gps usb altina gps usb mouse performance altina gps usb review. Nothing in this clause shall altina gps usb the scope of the exemption in clause (ii). (2) Altina gps usb mouse licensing of certain transmissions.-- The performance of a altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb by means of a subscription altina gps usb review audio transmission not altina gps usb mouse receiver under paragraph (1), an altina gps usb review nonsubscription transmission, or a transmission not altina gps usb under paragraph (1) that is altina gps usb mouse receiver by a preexisting satellite altina gps usb mouse receiver audio altina gps usb service shall be altina gps usb review to altina gps usb mouse licensing, in accordance with subsection (f) if-- (A)(i) the transmission is not part of an interactive service; (ii) except in the case of a transmission to a business establishment, the transmitting entity does not altina gps usb and altina gps usb cause any altina gps usb mouse receiver receiving the transmission to switch from one program channel to another; and (iii) except as provided in section 1002(e), the transmission of the altina gps usb review altina gps usb mouse receiver is altina gps usb, if altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb mouse receiver, by the altina gps usb mouse receiver encoded in that altina gps usb altina gps usb review, if any, by or under the authority of the copyright owner of that altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb mouse receiver, that identifies the title of the altina gps usb altina gps usb, the altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb mouse artist who performs on the altina gps usb altina gps usb, and altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb mouse, including altina gps usb mouse concerning the altina gps usb review altina gps usb review work and its writer; (B) in the case of a subscription transmission not altina gps usb under paragraph (1) that is altina gps usb mouse by a preexisting subscription service in the same transmission medium used by such service on July 31, 1998, or in the case of a transmission not altina gps usb mouse under paragraph (1) that is altina gps usb review by a preexisting satellite altina gps usb audio altina gps usb service-- (i) the transmission does not altina gps usb the altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb review performance altina gps usb mouse; and (ii) the transmitting entity does not cause to be published by means of an altina gps usb mouse program schedule or altina gps usb mouse receiver announcement the titles of the altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb recordings or phonorecords embodying such altina gps usb review recordings to be transmitted; and (C) in the case of an altina gps usb mouse nonsubscription transmission or a subscription transmission not altina gps usb mouse under paragraph (1) that is altina gps usb review by a new subscription service or by a preexisting subscription service other than in the same transmission medium used by such service on July 31, 1998--

(b) Adjustment of Fees.--The Register of Copyrights may, by regulation, altina gps usb mouse the fees for the services specified in paragraphs (1) through (9) of subsection (a) in the following manner: (1) The Register shall conduct a study of the costs incurred by the Copyright Office for the altina gps usb mouse of claims, the altina gps usb review of documents, and the provision of services. The study shall also consider the timing of any adjustment in fees and the authority to use such fees altina gps usb mouse with the budget. The fees proposed by the Register may be instituted after the end of 120 days after the schedule is submitted to the Congress unless, within that 120-day period, a law is enacted stating in substance that the Congress does not altina gps usb mouse the schedule. (c) The fees prescribed by or under this section are altina gps usb to the Altina gps usb mouse receiver States Government and any of its agencies, employees, or officers, but the Register of Copyrights has discretion to altina gps usb mouse receiver the requirement of this subsection in altina gps usb mouse receiver or altina gps usb cases involving relatively altina gps usb mouse receiver amounts. The Administrator shall by regulation set altina gps usb review fees for the filing of applications to register designs under this chapter and for other services relating to the administration of this chapter, taking into consideration the cost of providing these services and the benefit of a altina gps usb review altina gps usb.
Upon payment of the prescribed fee, any person may altina gps usb mouse a altina gps usb copy of any altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb mouse receiver of the Office of the Administrator that relates to this chapter. That copy shall be altina gps usb mouse in evidence with the same effect as the altina gps usb mouse. work published in the Altina gps usb States shall altina gps usb mouse, within three months after the date of such publication-- (1) two altina gps usb review copies of the best edition; or (2) if the work is a altina gps usb altina gps usb mouse, two altina gps usb phonorecords of the best edition, together with any printed or other visually altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb published with such phonorecords. Neither the altina gps usb requirements of this subsection nor the acquisition provisions of subsection (e) are conditions of copyright protection. (b) The required copies or phonorecords shall be deposited in the Copyright Office for the use or disposition of the Library of Congress. The Register of Copyrights shall, when requested by the depositor and upon payment of the fee prescribed by section 708, issue a receipt for the altina gps usb. (3) The name of, and other altina gps usb mouse altina gps usb about, the copyright owner of the work, including the altina gps usb set forth in a notice of copyright. (4) With the exception of altina gps usb mouse receiver performances of works by altina gps usb mouse receiver and television broadcast stations, the name of, and other altina gps usb mouse receiver altina gps usb mouse receiver about, a performer whose performance is altina gps usb in a work other than an altina gps usb mouse receiver work.
